The Workflow Innovation and Utilization Manager continuously looks to innovate and improve all administrative aspects of firm operations from staffing, scheduling, workflow management, software implementation and reporting. The individual will have excellent management skills, motivational skills, organizational skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIE:
- Work with Firm Management Committee to develop strategies to improve service level and efficiencies
- Coordinate Firm resources across departments to assist with the implementation of new software and processes
- Facilitate meetings with key partners to increase communications, transparency of work and processes and foster more efficient collaboration
- Oversee the continual improvement of performance standards across Firm operational areas.
- Oversee workflow, productivity and staff utilization.
- Create dashboards and production of monthly reporting with actionable insights and updates on employee performance.
- Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to develop rigorous and fact-based recommendations to senior management.
- Support managers and other firm leadership to influence adherence to Firm policies and procedures.
- Helps troubleshooting and resolving complex inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
- Make recommendations regarding the best use of human and capital resources to ensure good client service.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Weekly status reports.
- Coordination of staffing, scheduling and workflow management.

POSITION TYPE:
This is a regular, full-time position
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires movement around the office and to various locations in the building using the stairs or elevator. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
TRAVEL:
Travel to other Firm office locations in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles may be required
WORK AUTHORIZATION:
Must have valid work authorization for employment in the United States
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, customer service experience is a plus
- Skilled at multi-tasking
- Keen attention to detail
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
