CALIBRE, an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in full-stack development. The selected candidate will provide expertise in analyzing functional user requirements and business processes to formulate and develop improved business information systems.
This is a project-based role with a duration from February 1, 2025, to September 29, 2025 .
Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define systems scope and objectives based on user needs, business systems, and industry requirements.
- Analyze functional user requirements, procedures, and problems to recommend process improvements.
- Formulate and develop new and modified business information systems.
- Document user requirements and translate them into accurate system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify and address system needs.
- Prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models to communicate findings and recommendations.
