What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Financial Management Analyst (Part-time) position at CALIBRE?
CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company is looking for an Army Working Capital Fund Supply Chain SME.
This is a Part-Time (as needed) position.
The SME will be responsible for :
Instructing Army personnel on the supply management aspects of the Army Working Capital Funds (AWCF) in classes held at various Army Depots, Arsenals, and Munitions Activities; Headquarters Army Material Command (HQ AMC); Army Lifecycle Management Commands; the National Capital Area; and any other locations requested by the customer.
Applicant will also be responsible for maintaining and updating instructional materials in PowerPoint and PDF formats.
Applicant may also be required to help perform AWCF analytic tasks as required.
Required Skills
Skilled in AWCF supply chain management activities in demand planning, inventory management, price and credit activities.
Experience working in and leading at an AWCF in Supply Management Activity Group
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Able to travel in support of course delivery.
Required Experience
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted).
A minimum of 10 years of past experience working in a Working Capital Fund environment. This can be in any revolving fund that supports Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management.
A minimum of 5 years of past experience leading in a Working Capital Fund environment This can be in any revolving fund that supports Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management.
A minimum of 3 years instructing in academic environment.
Desirables :
A Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted).
Certified Professional Logistician or Certified Defense Financial Manager
Skilled in AWCF supply chain management activities in demand planning, inventory management, price and credit activities.
Experience working in and leading at an AWCF in Supply Management Activity Group
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Able to travel in support of course delivery.
