Responsibilities:
- Meet with stakeholders to understand their needs and define solutions, effectively communicate those needs to IT solution providers
- Research and analyze the activities of a project for possible gaps in requirements
- Compile needs while documenting questions related to business requirements
- Communicate needs and requirements to the application development team
- Work with stakeholders to ensure service level needs are met
- Document the Agile Sprints and Stories of the project
- Help manage stakeholder expectations in delivering a viable solution
- Communicate effectively, build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of teams throughout the organization
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Coordinate service delivery to ensure project is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Determine changes necessary to meet timelines
- Ability to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes.
- Comfortable with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually, across several time zones, in a highly dynamic organization.
- The candidate must be at ease with launching projects without much data
- Strong analytical capabilities, combining ability to dive deep into data and anecdotal feedback, analyze status quo and synthesize findings.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.
- Three to five years relevant working experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in gathering requirements and turning that information into user acceptance stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to document Agile Sprints and Stories
- Ability to facilitate dialog with stakeholders and clearly present outcomes and risks.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree
