Calibro Corp. is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Trainer to join our team, bringing their expertise in Pega systems to deliver high-quality, live in-person training sessions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person training sessions for end-users and team members on Pega systems, focusing on both functionality and best practices.
- Use advanced Pega knowledge to design and deliver tailored training modules, ensuring learners gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Facilitate training sessions on-site in Jacksonville, FL, every Tuesday through Thursday. (Note: No travel reimbursement is provided.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific training needs, adapting materials for Agile projects and financial services applications as needed.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- In-Person Training Experience: Proven record of delivering live training sessions with hands-on components.
- Experienced Pega User and Trainer: Deep experience with Pega platforms, including previous roles in user training and facilitation.
- Financial Services Background: Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as it helps in tailoring content to industry-specific needs.
- Agile Project Experience: Knowledge of Agile methodologies to align training with Agile team workflows.
