Position: Senior IT Systems Support Specialist- direct hire role
full-time onsite in Campbell, CA
Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows, and Mac OS
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and operating system problems efficiently.
- Experience with User / Account administration with O365
- Being the point of escalation of L1 and L2 tickets.
- Mentor junior help desk teams members!
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Train users on new software applications and technologies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, MacOS and the Office 365 Application Suite.
- Strong working experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
- O365 administration is as must
- Knowledge of maintaining users, groups, and applications within Okta or equivalent service.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.
