Park Services Supervisor

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of park restrooms, pathways, trash receptacles, and overall park grounds to ensure a clean and welcoming guest environment.
• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, sanitary, and guestready condition throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, and safety compliance logs.
• Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
• Ensure safe use, storage, and accountability for all tools, supplies, and materials.
• Complete and submit daily administrative paperwork, including team member signin sheets and safety checklists.
• Create and manage team member break schedules (30minute lunches, 10minute breaks), ensuring proper shift coverage and adherence to labor guidelines.
• Follow and enforce all opening and closing operational procedures for Park Services operations.
• Train and mentor new Park Services team members and leads, providing continued guidance and support to ensure high performance, safety, and adherence to park standards.
• Address and resolve guest questions, concerns, and servicerelated issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a support resource for Park Services leads and team members throughout the day; assist in shift transitions and team coordination.
• Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned to support park operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train, coach, and guide a team.
• Must be fluent in English and able to clearly communicate operational and safety expectations.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Working Conditions

Requires standing for long periods and walking long distances within the park. Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including exposure to high heat and variable weather conditions. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 30 pounds. Occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead required.
