Collections Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact patients with overdue accounts to collect overdue amounts or negotiate a payment plan
- Once overdue payments are received, schedule patients for their next appointment
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Dental experience: preferred
- Must have previous collection experience
- Bilingual: Spanish
- Must have good sales and customer service skills to approach patients and collect payment.
Pay
- 10% from collected amount
Schedule
- Flexible: Call patients within acceptable hours
