The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, manage a small staff, and lead curatorial direction, fundraising, budget management, and public engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of senior management experience, proven fundraising success, and a collaborative leadership style.
Compensation ranges from $100k to $115k, plus a performance bonus and benefits.
