Our agency client is looking to start a hybrid, contract (W2) Community Manager to work 4 days per week onsite in their Los Angeles office and 1 day per week remotely : Start = ASAPDuration = at least until end of year, possible extensionAs our Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and engaging a thriving online community around our brand(s). You will be the voice of our client’s brand on social media, developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to online conversations, and identifying and nurturing brand advocates.Responsibilities : Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goalsCreate engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and imagesManage social media presence across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)Monitor and respond to online conversations about EssenceMediacomIdentify and nurture brand advocatesAnalyze social media data and reporting on social media performanceStay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practicesQualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2-3 years of experience in social media marketingProven experience developing and executing social media strategiesStrong understanding of social media platforms and best practicesExcellent writing and communication skillsAbility to create engaging and creative contentExperience with community management tools (Brandwatch, SocialPilot, Sendible, Sprinklr)Video editing skillsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.85 – $38.45 / hr.Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.Aquent is an equal-opportunity employer.
