Our client, a leading software company is seeking a Senior Office and Community Manager to support their Redwood City office. As the Senior Office and Community Manager, you will create an engaging, well-organized office environment while supporting both onsite and remote teams. You will work closely with a Front Desk Administrator and the global Workplace Resources team to drive employee engagement, coordinate office operations, and ensure teams have the resources they need to succeed.
This is a 9-month hybrid contract role based in Redwood City, CA, with the potential for extension. The pay will be $37-41 / hr.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and support in-person and virtual events to foster connection and engagement.
- Develop impactful programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Communicate effectively across platforms like Slack and email to keep employees informed.
- Address employee needs through formal and informal interactions.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and office access for employees and guests.
- Manage employee requests using a ticketing system and provide support for visitors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Manage supplies, snacks, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure safety measures and emergency protocols are in place.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and facility improvements.
