About the Role :
The Senior Personal Injury Attorney will manage and oversee all phases of post-litigation personal injury cases. Key responsibilities include conducting case review, drafting legal (pleading / discovery / motions, etc..) documents, conducting depositions, and defending depositions of clients, retaining experts, taking and defending expert depositions, negotiating settlements, and trial preparations.
The ideal candidate will have :
- 7 years of personal injury experience focusing on post-litigation.
- A valid license and good standing to practice law in the state.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proven track record in managing personal injury cases to trial and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills (preferred but not required).
