✨ What You’ll Do:🔹 Assist in managing pre-litigation cases, providing vital support in legal research and drafting documents.
🔹 Draft demand letters, complaints, and other pre-litigation legal documents.
🔹 Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring updates and satisfaction throughout the case.
🔹 Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters under senior attorney guidance.
🔹 Collaborate on depositions, mediations, and trial preparations with senior attorneys.
✨ What We’re Looking For:✔ Experience: 2–5 years of personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation and settlement negotiation.
✔ California License: Active and in good standing.
✔ Skills: Strong in legal research, writing, and communication.
✔ Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
✔ Bilingual (Preferred): English & Spanish.

💼 Compensation Package:💰 Base Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annually (DOE).
