JOB SUMMARY:
Working directly with Relationship Manager(s), independently provides overall administrative oversight of loan and deposit portfolio, inclusive of file management documentation and monitoring of maturities for the timely submission of financials. Coordinates deposit and/or loan documentation necessary for establishing new account relationships, as well as renewals and amendments for existing clients. Maintains credit files, including monitoring for, and requesting the submission of, required financial information. Mails loan and deposits paperwork, distributes documents to appropriate locations, and coordinates closings with necessary personnel. Types and handles miscellaneous paperwork. Answers and directs telephone calls. Communicates and coordinates as necessary with Relationship Credit Managers (RCM’s) and provides consistent client service, with the ability to regularly identify and move forward with next steps in problem resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assumes responsibility for providing effective administrative support for all phases of loan and deposit account generation and maintenance:
- Coordinates the preparation of deposit, loan and cash management documentation;
- Provides consistent client service, facilitating and directing various client requests, including but not limited to account inquiries, account transactions and wires;
- Mails loan, deposit and cash management paperwork. Distributes subject paperwork to appropriate personnel;
- Coordinates loan closings with appropriate personnel, understanding and verifying approval status prior to the release of documents;
- Disburses documents to Loan Officers for follow-up;
- Receives and screens telephone calls. Answers routine questions or directs them to appropriate personnel;
- Maintains client files. Regularly updates covenant tracking system, and requests and follows for required client financial information, as well as for collateral, insurance and verification documentation as needed. Monitors files to assure completeness, including appropriate approvals, as required;
- Strong skills utilizing the Bank’s file maintenance system, providing regular status updates to related parties/Relationship Managers, as well as recognizing and articulating areas of concern;
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective and professional business relationships with clients and external contacts:
- Resolves (or refers) requests and problems promptly and courteously. Answers client questions pertaining to deposit accounts, loans, balances and payoffs;
- Keeps clients properly informed of Bank policies and procedures;
- Maintains and conveys the Bank’s professional reputation;
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management:
- Completes assigned paperwork for management and Relationship Managers. Completes records and reports promptly and accurately;
- Supports and assists area personnel as needed;
- Attends and participates in meetings as required;
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems;
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned:
- Ability to provide support and training to Banking Services Officers. Position may include direct supervision of other Banking Services Officers;
- Initiates requests for appraisal quotes, providing required information to appropriate personnel and completing forms as necessary. Performs same process for necessary environmental reports;
- Ensures work area is clean, secure, and well maintained;
- Performs miscellaneous clerical and administrative functions as needed;
- Replaces area personnel as needed;
Assists with various Cash Management responsibilities as needed:
- Participates in meetings with clients to establish and/or install Cash Management products and services;
- Provides support to Cash Management clients as needed.

Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone;
- In-depth knowledge of Bank loan and deposit products and has a broad working knowledge of Bank policies and procedures. Extensive knowledge of loan documentation and deposit documentation, with ability to accurately order and review for specialized loan and deposit product types;
- Basic word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Bank approved systems used in tracking customer accounts;
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Knowledge and understanding of banking rules, regulations, laws and all policies and procedures pertaining to them including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act;
- Strong analytical ability with active listening skills;
- Discern potential risks to Bank related to client deposit activity and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel;
- Advanced ability to:

Education/Licenses/Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum three (3) years of loan servicing experience;
- May require a valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: $73,000.00 to $91,500.00 annually. Pay range may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
