The School of Education is seeking a proactive and organized Program Assistant to work alongside the administration in the design, implementation, and management of various academic and professional programs that support students and faculty, both locally and globally. This part-time position requires someone confident in managing multiple tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of programs, and fostering collaboration across diverse groups. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and organizational skills, a high level of comfort with technology, and the ability to handle both day-to-day operations and special projects that advance the goals of the School of Education. The School of Education Assistant will further the mission and strategy of the SOE by providing general administrative support and program coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides administrative support for the Deans and Faculty, including but not limited to calendars/scheduling, clerical assistance, correspondence, meeting/agenda preparation, etc.
- Assists with SOE processes, functions, and projects.
- Assists in project management through logistical coordination and support of events.
- Provides logistical support for global engagement programs and local fieldwork/clinical office.
- Develops/maintains databases, tracks data and other metrics, and assists with assessment initiatives.
- Participates in SOE staff and planning meetings.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; and one to two year’s related experience and/or training.
