We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our birth center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, managing administrative staff and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires excellent multi-tasking, communication skills, strong independent work ethic, and experience in managing others.

Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure positive relationships.
-Field phone calls, schedule appointments and manage client payments, lab orders etc.
- Supervise administrative staff and support their professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all office management activities.
- Provide support in medical office management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- A background in medical office management is an advantage but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
