We are hiring on the Emerald Coast working remotely and out of our state-of-the-art Showroom in Santa Rosa Beach. We are looking to add one stellar individual to join us working across the Gulf Coast area (including Panama City Beach, Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar, Navarre, etc.).

YES??!! GREAT! Our Design team is looking for a self-starter with a flair for design and project management skills to lead a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity levels, and a strong understanding of how to close new business for a HIGH EARNING dynamic environment.
We’ll provide:
Training - We have a talented Team of Designers in the Gulf Coast and are expanding in Santa Rosa Beach. You'll start with 12 weeks of Paid training ($600 per week then a draw plus commission through 4 months with us) to get you rolling.
Autonomy – Work life balance and flexible work schedule
Ongoing Support – Extensive new hire training and investment with on-going personal development and training/support programs
Resources – We generate most of the leads for you, at least initially until you build a book of business over time. A team of professionals to complete the project
Technology – CRM, Laptop with CAD program, iPad and more
Rewarding Compensation package – This is a FULL COMMISSION job once Training & Onboarding is Complete after 4 Months.

Qualifications:
- Outside sales experience with commission structure and a proven track record of setting and hitting goals
- Interior Design experience, higher-end consumer home sales or direct industry experience, or proven passion for home décor
- Dependable Vehicle and Safe Driving Record, You'll be driving your Car to Client's Home and our Santa Rosa Beach Showroom for follow-ups (We pay travel stipend per Client)
- Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with high degree of accuracy required!
- Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team and go the extra mile to be exceptional!
- Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
