Responsibilities with Onsite Training
- Receive all incoming phone calls and schedule all Design Consultant appointments
- Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installation confirmations
- Maintain and update client databases
- Laid back environment
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
- Assist the management team with various administrative tasks
- Set up service tickets
- Able to work well independently and with others in a team environment
- Learn our products, organizational structures, and apply relevant terminology
- Gain industry knowledge
Qualifications
- Outgoing, motivated, self-driven individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a strong affinity for Client Service
- Advanced knowledge and experience of relevant software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working as a client services representative
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Able to adapt quickly to change
