Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, eDocument Management and following established procedures, works with many phases of document processing including but not limited to document image archival, research and department clerical tasks. In addition, provides backup support to the Check and Digital Payment team for bank by mail, subpoenas or item processing related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supports branches, MSC and departments with document processing needs utilizing document archival software and hardware.
- Participates and assists with or has working knowledge of document scanning and archival to include recording, scanning, indexing and data entry.
- Utilizes control logs to monitor own work to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of all image archival processing. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Performs document auditing tasks.
- Maintains working knowledge of credit union’s document guidelines, structure and the document software to be able to provide the maximum level of support to credit union staff.
- Ensures daily tracking reports are updated timely and accurately.
- Responsible for understanding document retention standards, image item processing and Check 21 guidelines.
- Maintains and cleans all document and check scanning equipment. Ensures secured work areas are kept locked and tidy and that paper documents are shredded timely according to the department’s clean desk policy.
- Answers department phone calls and email requests.
- Monitors and completes standard research tickets pertaining to but not limited to check and statement retrieval, and document related research.
- Works in conjunction with Risk Management by providing requested documentation on all types of incoming subpoenas / warrants.
- Provides support as needed to the eDocument Administrators to assist with Help Desk Tickets and Technical Service Requests (TSR’s) to include quality control and testing.
- Participates and assists with some check and digital payment job duties as a backup responsibility to include bank by mail check transactions and the posting of check transactions received from the Lending departments.
- Performs other duties as required.
Supervisory responsibilities :
The incumbent reports directly to the Supervisor, eDocument Management. There are no direct reports to this classification.

Salary Range
21.5468 - $26.9336
