What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Assistant (Special Corpsmember) position at California Conservation Corps Tahoe Center?
Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Officer, the Special Corpsmember (Administrative) is responsible for assisting in a variety of tasks including, but not limited to filing, preparing copies, scanning, facility maintenance, receiving quotes, building purchase packets and transportation of vehicles, Corpsmembers, and supplies.

50% Assist staff with tracking and filing of personnel, vehicle, and procurement supporting documents/files, including but not limited to copies of contracts, project folders, P-cards, vehicle files, procurement packets, daily newsletter, etc. May assist administrative staff with transportation of supplies, and vehicles for maintenance. Assisting with front office duties, to include answering phones and providing information to the public, creating C3 rosters, submitting ISB requests, requesting staff ID badges, and creating CM monthly awards. May assist PSCW & Corpsmember Development (CMD) staff with project and CMD related paperwork, filing, and other duties as assigned.
35% Assist in monitoring, issuing, and maintaining the inventory of all equipment and supplies. Track inventory controls and measures to prevent losses. Prepare requests for ordering. Assist in scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair, along with transportation of vehicles and Corpsmembers for appointments. Assist with maintaining an accurate vehicle status reports and files. Other duties that are included, but not limited to, are tracking mileage, WEX Cards, WEX receipts, copy machine maintenance, reporting the numbers of copies for the copier contract, etc..
10% Other duties to assist may include ordering, picking up supplies, receiving supplies, driving duties, and miscellaneous data entry as assigned.
5% Participate in professional development training, as well as tasks, training, and activities that support programmatic and workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
