Conservation Management Coordinator

Job Summary

The California Conservation Corps is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Conservationist Supervisor. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for environmental conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of conservation staff and Corpsmembers.
• Develop and implement conservation projects and programs.
• Work closely with the community and project sponsors to achieve shared goals.
• Cordinate emergency response and ensure that Conservationist staff and Corpsmembers are equipped to respond effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role;

A strong background in environmental conservation;

Excellent communication and leadership skills;

A passion for working with young adults and the community;
