The Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing public service conservation work and special program activities, including emergency response coordination. You'll also supervise conservation staff and Corpsmembers, maintain relationships with project sponsors and community stakeholders, and ensure all crews are properly organized, trained, and equipped.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising conservation staff and Corpsmembers in conducting public service conservation work and special program activities.

• Developing and managing program activities, including emergency response coordination.

• Maintaining relationships with project sponsors and community stakeholders.

• Ensuring all crews are properly organized, trained, and equipped for effective and efficient work.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong background in conservation, environmental science, or a related field.

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger transport endorsement.

• Ability to pass a medical exam and pre-employment drug test.
