California Construction Superior is seeking a qualified candidate for a temporary position as an administrative assistant for our expanding water damage restoration business. We are an established company of 20 years expanding from carpet care to water damage restoration and construction. We need a team player that can wear many hats with various responsibilities including scheduling, answering phones and emails and light invoicing. You will be working in a small friendly office. This job is highly self-motivated so it is very important you have great communication and time management skills along with being able to multitask. This position has the potential to be a permanent job. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Creating and working on excel spreadsheets
- Answering phones, emails, filing, and general office duties
- Actively working in QuickBooks, Excel, Albi Project and Microsoft Office
- Scheduling jobs and entering them into our calendar, entering jobs in software and invoicing customers
Requirements:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Light Quick Books knowledgeable helpful
- Organized with an attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and be a responsible person
- Proper phone etiquette and multi-tasking
About the Job:
Full Time Work Schedule 40 hours/ week. The office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri. Can be Flexible on start time.
