Job Summary:
The Renewal Agent role involves ongoing management of clients, aiming to retain both new and renewal clients by maintaining high service standards. In this position, you'll work within a dedicated team focused on customer retention, supporting business development activities in partnership with management and other teammates. Responsibilities include fielding incoming calls, processing payments, preparing renewals, and conducting customer outreach. Training will be provided to ensure success in these areas. This role is based out of our Sacramento location, where you'll be an integral part of our effort to uphold and enhance our client relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
- Field inbound sales leads and walk-in traffic.
- Follow up with existing clients.
- Underwrite products and provide renewals based on customer needs.
- Process inbound payments received over the phone, mail, online, or fax.
- Work with the carrier to satisfy customer requirements.
- Assist clients in updating their accounts and policy-related items.
- Review and develop internal processes
- Additional duties as the departments needs change.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in our Sacramento, CA office
- 2-year sales experiences preferred
- 2 years customer service preferred
- Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree preferred and must have a passion for customer service.
