Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and software applications
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical problems promptly
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Ensure security and privacy of systems and data
Experience
Required: - High school diploma.
- Associates Degree and 2 years of experience or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- TS clearance required.
Preferred: - IT Certifications applicable to desktop and mobile computer support - Experience providing excellent customer service.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.80 - $25.05 per hour
