Background and Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience
No degree with at least 7 years financial execution experience (Not DTS)
Required Experience :
Experience in three (3) or more areas of financial execution
Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following areas :
Financial execution of a spend plan
Analysis of obligation plans vs obligations
Monthly financial reporting
Communications of budget materials to senior officials
Financial programming for O&M and RDT&E
Presentations to senior officials
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations
Creating complex spreadsheets
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Researching payments
Setting up conferences
Clearance :
Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
Position Expectations :
Provide financial analysis and programmatic support under supervision of a program manager.
Interpersonal / Communication Skills :
Ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations, and speak with authority to senior military and other DOD personnel and organizations.
