Job Summary
The Manager, Operations Finance will oversee financial activities including budgeting, payroll, and reporting. This position will also focus on financial analysis and compliance with regulations. The role will support the Director of Finance.
Essential Functions
- Lead business operation and financial analytics.
- Analyze business unit, business by product or channel, and recommend profit improvement for business building plans.
- Prepare data and reports that will be shared across the organization.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, potential risks, and conduct cost benefit analysis.
- Prepare various financial reports and budgets.
- Work with others to help drive financial decision making with the best interests of the company in mind.
- Provide suggestions that can improve various areas within the function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Compliance with US laws.
- Assist with preparation for various audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or directly related field, MBA preferred.
- 5 or more years of financial experience, including accounting and financial analysis.

- Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and good understanding of internal controls.
- Experience in the Dairy industry or commodity space, ideal but not required.
