MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to type at a net corrected speed of 40 words per minute; • Two (2) years of clerical experience performing complex and diverse duties; • Completion of 6 semester units in Business Administration or a closely related field (one (1) year of additional clerical experience may be substituted for 6 semester units of college coursework); • Ability to receive a passing score on the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) Office Specialist II written test. *If test was previously taken and passed, proof of a passing score is required in lieu of taking the test; • Possession of a high school diploma (or its equivalency) or higher, or possession of a GED.
