TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: Four (4) years of previous experience in administrative and office support work. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Some positions may require the following: Ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Must be attached to application): - Cover Letter - Resume - Typing Certificate: - Dated within the last five (5) years - 40 NET Words Per Minute - Online typing tests are NOT accepted - Timed test not less than three (3) minutes See link in side bar for list of typing test locations or call 916-630-3310 for testing locations. Current District Employees working in a classification requiring a typing certificate of 40 WPM or more do not have to submit a certificate. All attachments must be scanned and submitted through Edjoin. Please do not mail or fax attachments to the District Office.
