- Enter student attendance data and print absence reports.
- Sign for and route all school mail and packages; receive, sort, and distribute U.S. and inter-district mail.
- Operate the school intercom system and assist with ill or injured students.
- Telephone parents and confer with parents regarding students' absences and other matters of student welfare.
Requirements:
- A high school graduate with a minimum of one to two years of recent experience as an office clerk or related clerical experience.
- Strong skills in dealing diplomatically and effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Current First Aid and CPR procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under general supervision and with constant interruptions.
