As an Education Coordinator, you will be the primary educational and behavioral resource to assigned classrooms. This includes responsibility for direct supervision of all assigned teachers and for monitoring quality of services and ensuring classroom and site adherence to all state mandated and internal procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent with passage of basic skills test. Associates degree or higher in a closely related field of study preferred. Prior experience working in an educational leadership, school principal or administrator position preferred. Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism related disabilities. Prior experience and highly knowledgeable in working with students with individualized education plans (IEP). Highly skilled in working with individuals with severe learning, emotional behavioral disorders, developmental disabilities, and/or challenging behaviors. Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability. Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment.
