Priority consideration will be given to those that are available to work the entire Summer School Program Dates, have experience in Powerschool/ Google Docs and according to the Merit Rules below. Merit Rule 6.200.6 Appointment to summer school, extended school year and intersession positions shall be made in this priority: a) Employees who have worked in the classification, have successfully met the expectations of the class, and maintained necessary licenses or other requirements of the assignment. b) Qualified employees working in other related classifications and successfully met the expectations of those classes, and maintained necessary licenses or other requirements of the assignment. c) Qualified employees working in non-related classifications but who meet the minimum requirements of the classification for the assignment so as to provide evidence of ability to perform in such assignment. d) Qualified persons not currently employed by the District in a regular-status position but meet the requirements of the classification for the assignment. e) Qualified persons not currently employed by the District but meet the requirements of the classification for the assignment. Current substitutes will be eligible for selection AFTER priorities a-c are met. NOTE: Program Dates are June 23, 2025- July 18, 2025, No school 7/4. It will be required that you are available the entire duration of the program, including prep days. SCHOOL CLERK - BILINGUAL (Range 30) - 5 Positions June 23 - July 18, 2025, 5.0 hrs/day, 7:15 AM to 12:15 PM (Monday - Friday; No School July 4th Holiday, June 19th Holiday) *Prep Days: Tuesday, June 17, 2025, Wednesday, June 18, 2025, & Friday, June 20, 2025 (7:30 am - 12:30 pm) *Will likely split these days with your home site to finish out your work calendar Program 1 (Elementary) LOCATIONS: Central, Farr, Oak Hill, Orange Glen; Program 1 (Middle) LOCATIONS: Del Dios Note: Sites are subject to change. You are welcome and encouraged to apply for all positions/ locations which you would be willing to work.
