SFCS seeks an instructional aide in a TK-8th school. We are only employing Instructional Aides who are considered "highly qualified" by the No Child Left Behind educational reform standards. The qualifications are: 1. a 2-year college degree, or 2. the completion of 48 college-level units, or 3. passing a formal state or local academic test, proving knowledge of, and the ability to, assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics.
