Requirements / Qualifications
- Food Handler Certificate/Health Card • Resume • Cover Letter • 2 Letters of Recommendation (within 1 year) • ServSafe Certificate • Knowledge of methods of preparing and serving large quantities of food • Experience in preparing large quantities of food in school cafeteria setting and/or the private sector • Ability to communicate in English • Ability to read food labels, preparation procedures, & safety guidelines in English • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
