Under the general direction of the Supervising Program Technician Ill (SPT Ill), the Program Technician (PT) III incumbent works in the Codes and Standards Main Office and independently performs the most complex and technical functions associated with the processing of registration and titling (R&T) applications. The PT III also provides technical assistance and training to a large group of PT IIs within the R&T Transaction Processing Unit.
