Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Hydroelectric Plant Technician located in Gustine, CA. The Hydroelectric Plant Technician will be responsible for plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks related to hydroelectric power generation. The role involves ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of the hydroelectric plant on a daily basis. Incumbent installs, maintains, and repairs electonic and electrical equipment including protective relays, flow, vibration and water level measurement, control and communication equipment, security and surveillance systems, and performs client support IT duties.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Technical training or certification in plant operations or related field
- Associate’s degree in electronics or computer science required. Additional related work experience may be substituted.
