Duties

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to laboratory operations.
- Analyze laboratory data and results, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.
- Maintain effective data management systems for tracking samples, results, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to enhance laboratory performance.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for operational needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new techniques, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support patient care initiatives and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in laboratory management with a focus on compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques including PCR, ELISA, Flow cytometry, and vital signs analysis.
- Proficient in data management and document management systems relevant to laboratory operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
