Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. Duties

• Manage and supervise laboratory staff, ensuring effective workflow and productivity.
• Oversee the implementation of laboratory protocols, including PCR, ELISA, and Flow cytometry procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to laboratory operations.
• Analyze laboratory data and results, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Maintain effective data management systems for tracking samples, results, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to enhance laboratory performance.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for operational needs.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new techniques, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient care initiatives and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in laboratory management with a focus on compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques including PCR, ELISA, Flow cytometry, and vital signs analysis.
• Proficient in data management and document management systems relevant to laboratory operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
