Clinical Trials Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Manager to oversee and coordinate clinical trials from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical research and development, ensuring that all trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and protocols. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement study protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical research associates, data managers, and regulatory affairs to facilitate smooth trial operations.
• Oversee the collection and management of research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the trial process.
• Conduct site visits to monitor trial progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on study protocols and procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of trial activities, including reports on progress and outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience in clinical trials management with a strong understanding of clinical development processes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and standards related to clinical research.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of research data collection methods and systems used in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Software.
