Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cosmetic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cosmetics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen understanding of retail math and cash handling. As the Cosmetic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients while managing staff, inventory, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cosmetic line of business, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote spa services and products effectively.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and manage inventory levels to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events, packages, and services.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in cash handling and retail math to manage financial transactions effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to work with vendors on pricing and contracts.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• A background in sales is beneficial for promoting services and achieving business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,026.00 - $150,000.00 per year
