Wage : A competitive $65,000 - $95,000 annual salary - flexible depending on experience

Reports To : Deputy Campaigns Director
Position Location : Los Angeles, Sacramento, Bay Area, Fresno, Riverside
Work Schedule : Four Day Work Week : Two (2) days in office, two (2) days remote. However, there may be certain circumstances, like pressing deadlines or peak business periods, where it becomes necessary for the organization to temporarily switch to a five-day work week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage statewide campaign to hold corporate polluters accountable by passing the Affordable Insurance and Climate Recovery Act and other cutting-edge policies in CA Legislature
- Oversee & execute strategic campaign decisions between Organizing, Policy Advocacy, and Communications teams
- Collaborate with Deputy Campaigns Director, Policy Advocacy Director and the organization’s leadership to refine strategy and tactics
- Coordinate communications internally and externally
- Collaborate with communications team & contract communications’ firm to establish messaging and campaign assets
- Work with policy advocacy team and contract lobbyists moving the bill through the legislature
- Identify key targets & districts with organizing team and coordinate tactics to earn legislative support
- Gather information and provide regular updates for the organization’s leadership on campaign status
- Build and lead a broad coalition of support from across California with other Enviro groups, EJ Orgs, Labor, Local Electeds, Businesses, Community Leaders, etc. for the policy
- Identify partner organizations & leaders in target legislative district and provide resources to support their capacity on the campaign
- Set outcomes, devise tactics, and provide regular opportunities for coalition members to engage with and support campaign advocacy
- Oversee budget and spending for the campaign
- Work with attorneys and admin team to ensure proper compliance and reporting
- Help identify additional resources for the campaign
- Support other EnviroVoters’s campaign & organizing priorities when needed
- Other duties as assigned
