Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling techniques are followed.
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours by organizing and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations, including obtaining and maintaining Food Handler Certification.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

If hired, candidate must apply for, obtain, and maintain a work permit with the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department in order to begin working. We will pay for it. They will check your criminal background.

Felonies, dishonesty, or stealing will result in automatic denial.

All employees must be 21 years of age. Applicant must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Kitchen positions require a valid food handler's card. If you do not have one, we will assist you in getting your card.

Schedule and hours may vary. We are a 24 hour business.
