BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLER
As an HVAC Installer, your typical work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend and overtime work. Picture this: You start your day reviewing the next day's scheduled work, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready. You pull the necessary items for installations, follow defined procedures, and troubleshoot any issues, all while maintaining quality. Your work makes a direct impact on our clients' comfort, and your dedication is recognized and rewarded.
All that you need is the following:
- 2 years of experience installing, maintaining, or servicing HVACR systems
- EPA certification for all R22
- Ability to follow controls and wiring schematics
- Ability to braze, solder, and weld
- Ability to perform minor field fabrication
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Being NATE certified is a plus!
