California Heating in Arcata, CA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Sales Representative to sell our services to residential and commercial clients. Are you a self-motivated sales professional? This sales position earns competitive base compensation of $15.50-$35/hr, plus 8% commission on company-generated leads and 12% commission on self-generated leads. We provide superb benefits, including a minimum of 80 hours, and up to 120 hours of Company paid training per year. Many State of California Prevailing Wage projects up to $130 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package including family health, dental, and life insurance. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As an HVAC Sales Representative, you help grow our business by selling our HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. You pursue company-generated leads and you generate leads yourself by studying old service files and forging connections in the home services industry. During meetings with potential clients, you present the risks of poor air quality and the advantages of well-maintained HVAC systems, helping them choose products and services that best fit their needs. You understand that building strong relationships is just as important as closing deals, so you always provide exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Great sales and communication skills
