This heating and air conditioning position provides recurring scheduled maintenance for our clients' heating and air conditioning systems. You also diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. THE PERKS OF BEING OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN
Our HVAC Technicians typically work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but we're open to the idea of creating swing or weekend shifts to provide additional flexibility! This heating and air conditioning position comes with a competitive wage of $20 to $40 per hour plus performance pay, depending on experience. We provide outstanding benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, paid time off (PTO), a minimum of 80 hours of company-paid training per year, and a 401(k) with a company match. This position also enjoys the use of a fully-stocked van to take home and a company-supplied iPad, tablet, or smartphone as well as discounts on tools and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience or equivalent trade school training
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
