Job Description
Responsible for supervising the daily operations of players club representatives and programs. Provide communication and motivation to representatives to increase club membership to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
- Provide direction and support for player’s club representatives while assisting with guest accounts, point redemption and promotional entries.
- Assist players club manager with daily operations such as : departmental schedules, training, evaluations, memos, payroll and other administrative duties as needed.
- Possess knowledge of all special events and promotional activities to communicate with representatives and provide customer service to guests.
- Provide customer service to guest inquiries, special requests or complaints.
- Possess thorough knowledge of player tracking system.
- Issue complimentary services to guests consistent with company policy.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of player’s club equipment, supplies, prizes and promotional items.
