Job Opening : LVN's / LPN's / LPT's for Teen Center
Location : Calabasas / Agoura Hills, CA
Schedules Open :
Thursday, Friday night shift and every other Saturday night shift 6 : 00 pm-6 : 00 am
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6 : 00 AM- 6 : 00 PM.
Must be able to attend mandatory Team meetings, either on :
Mondays 10am-12pm (Lobo House), or
Wednesdays 10am-12pm (Stokes House)
Description : A compassionate, organized nurse is needed for 2 teen treatment centers who would be responsible for direct supervision care of the patients and for the facilitation of all clinical activities, in addition to working in collaboration with the clinical team in the developing and maintaining of the client's treatment plan.
Duties :
- Participate in interdisciplinary team and staff meetings.
- Prepare infection control reports for presentations.
- Direct employees concerning the care of the patients.
- Carry out physicians' orders.
- Review group home patients' medical charts.
- Consult with group home supervisors regarding the health of patients.
- Initiate and implement policies and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate medical examinations.
- Obtain parent / guardian consents for medical examination / treatments.
- Teach and monitor medication administration.
- Administer annual tuberculosis testing to patients.
Requirements :
Compensation : $33 per hour and room for growth. Benefits if full-time (3 shifts per week)
