Job Title : Regional Manager, Property Management
Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall success and profitability of a portfolio of approximately 120-130 residential units across 13 buildings. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Regional Manager will oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
Conduct property tours and market available units to prospective tenants.Manage online marketing platforms and advertising campaigns.Prepare and process lease agreements.Tenant Relations :Build and maintain positive relationships with all residents.
Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Conduct regular resident satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.Enforce community rules and regulations fairly and consistently.Maintenance & Property Operations :Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.Monitor and control property expenses.Financial Management :Prepare and monitor budgets for each property.
Collect rent payments and ensure timely and accurate accounting.Prepare financial reports and analyze key performance indicators.Administrative Duties :Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices.Qualifications
Minimum of 2-years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of lease law, fair housing regulations, and property management best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Job Type : Hybrid opportunity- must be onsite at apartment buildings located in Long Beach and San Pedro as needed.
Compensation : $60,000-$80,000; no benefits are offered at this time
