Basic Function:
Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Systems & Analytics, the Enrollment Systems CRM Manager is primarily responsible for the general administration, maintenance, and support of the Technolutions' Slate CRM system and its integration with campus systems. This position will work collaboratively with the Enrollment Systems team, admission operations teams and other campus staff to provide leadership and oversight of the Slate CRM functionality for Enrollment Management and Student Success.
Representative Duties:
Provide leadership and management of Slate functionality for the end users of the University. E
Oversee user security profiles in Slate, ensuring account permissions are appropriate, maintained and enforced. E
Research and develop new Slate capabilities and make recommendations for implementation and use in support of Enrollment Management & Student Success goals and initiatives. E
Provide technical support to areas of Enrollment Management and student success in advancement of Slate capabilities, including but not limited to, creation of fields, exports, filters, forms, readers, entities, or new custom datasets. E
Responsible for overall quality control and data integrity within the Slate CRM. E
Monitor and assist in identifying and diagnosing possible issues with integrations between various campus systems that communicate with Slate, including, but not limited to, Colleague, Perceptive, Front Rush, MyCLU Portal, and Dynamic Forms. E
Collaborate with ITS regarding, as needed, to develop and maintain Slate capabilities and integrations. E
Develop and monitor data integrity standards for data within the Slate CRM system. E
Investigate data accuracy and integrity issues, and recommend solutions for prevention. E
Work collaboratively with individuals and departments to develop and maintain dashboards, queries portals and reports with Slate. E
Create reports, including those that involve Slate configurable joins or custom SQL requested in support of Admission and Enrollment Management operational cycles. E
Provide documentation and training on technology and related processes to all applicable staff. E
Perform special projects and related duties as assigned.

Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in a related field or 4 years of experience with increased responsibilities working with Technolutions Slate as an administrator or advanced/super user. Knowledge and experience with SQL and Colleague.
