We have an immediate opening for an in office Fireplace & Mantel Customer Service Representative for residential construction. The primary responsibility is to coordinate the production and installation schedule and maintain communication at all stages of the job with the customer, builders, installation crews and manager.
Responsibilities:
• The position is directly responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis during sales and product inquiry transactions.
• Collaborate with Builder Customer Service Reps, Superintendents and/or Homeowner to obtain schedule information
• Ensures all work orders are completed and ready
• Interact with customers via phone and email regarding project movement, answers questions, and resolves any issues with scheduling
• Answer phones and customer service
Required Skills:
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry
• Able to make decisions and changes to schedule when necessary
• Demonstrate ability to complete projects and assignments accurately, catching errors before completion, despite a large workload, competing demands and a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills - all work orders are digital
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
