Sales Representative – Cloud Healthcare Solutions (Remote, WFH)

As a Sales Representative, you will actively engage in inbound and outbound sales efforts, managing your pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations.
You’ll receive leads from various marketing campaigns, existing client upgrades, and our
lead development team—giving you the tools to succeed!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3 years of proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM for pipeline management.
✅ Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
✅ Experience With Zoom Or Other Video Conferencing Platforms.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills—building rapport quickly via phone and email.
✅ Highly competitive, organized, and self-motivated, passionate about career growth.
✅ Quick learner—able to grasp new products, technologies, and solutions efficiently.
✅ Experience delivering compelling online presentations to individuals and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in inbound & outbound sales calls to generate new business.
Initiate contact with leads via phone and email, qualify prospects, present our product, and
close deals.
Manage your own sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation & closing.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
Identify, qualify, and maximize sales opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
Execute a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and provide tailored
solutions.
Deliver web-based presentations to key decision-makers, including management and
executives.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Additional Requirements:
Background check required.
Webcam required for training and team meetings.
Fully remote (WFH) position—work from anywhere!
W2 employment with structured commission opportunities.
Technical Requirements:
Computer: MacBook, Chromebook, or Windows PC (Windows 10 ). (No tablets)
Mouse required (if using a laptop).
USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (No Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack).
Internet: High-speed connection (Minimum: 10 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
Hardwired connection via Ethernet is recommended for optimal performance.
Processor: Modern multi-core processor (Intel i3 6300 / AMD R5 1600 or better).
RAM: 4GB recommended.
Compensation & Schedule:
$15.00 per hour commission opportunities
Monday - Friday:
PST: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
EST: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
One week of paid training (same schedule).
